Anne moved to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand with her family during the 1990’s.
During her working life she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that equips her well for her current roll. Including being a WHS officer for the family’s civil construction business which operated the length of New Zealand and into the Pacific Islands. Anne also ran the administration of the families farming interests. Work this side of the Tasman has included site administration for a major civil project here on the Sunshine Coast.
Anne is an active member of the community taking on various volunteering rolls over the years such as a hostess for the Red Cross and is currently a qualified Justice of the Peace.
She joined us in 2013 and handles the management of leases, from the induction when tenants join us to collecting the last rent and outgoings as they leave.
Despite needing to deal with some tense situations with tenants at times, she has a knack of resolving matters calmly without alienating anyone. She strives to achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
Anne has a tailored approach when working with owners, keeping them informed to the extent they require. Her trustworthy nature means owners can relax, knowing they don’t need to worry about the “nitty gritty.”
