In this heavily regulated and litigious world it is imperative that your commercial property manager understands and looks after the compliance detail. We are highly systematised and back this up with regular inspections.

Twice a month we disburse funds held in our Trust Accounts.  Our statement are easy-to-follow and are accompanied by copies of any service providers’ tax invoices paid on your behalf.

This is a shopping centre that was built in the 1980s.

HPS took over the property management as part of a larger portfolio during 2005.

Over the years we started to notice the strength of the tenants beginning to wane. For Lease signs were starting to be a regular feature on our shopfront windows. A fire in the neighbouring Fruit Shed across the car park and strengthening competition from the trendy B-Fresh Market Café Deli and Point Cartwright Seafoods to our south, were all markers we had to make some changes.

The complex was beginning to show its age with outdated “Freddie Flinstone” styling and a tenant signage “free for all” that was out of control.

We decided the most cost effective and simple way to boost the appeal was to fit a new fascia 1200 mm deep around the edge of the shopfront awning. This would give us the opportunity to force the removal of the “dog’s breakfast” of tenants signs and provide them with a designated area on which to apply new branding under tighter control.
The Owners agreed and the plans were set in motion.
