Our speciality is reinventing tired old buildings to make them the best they can be for their owners and tenants. Our team have previously been awarded Council’s Recycled Building prize.

Hindmarsh Property Services are Associate Members of the Australian Institute of Project Management and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peach of mind.

Whether it’s replacing a rusting old pylon sign, undertaking a major refurbishment, or even a new property development, HPS are capable of handling projects professional from concept to completion.

“Forum Centre” – 37 Sunshine Beach Rd – Noosa Heads

We have managed 5 out of 6 of the lots in 37 Sunshine Beach Road since 2007.

Built in 1985 the Centre had become quite dated in appearance. The dark green “Decramastic” roof cladding was certainly from a different era and latitude.

Surf clothing giant “Rip-Curl” were showing some interest in combining 2 or 3 of the lots for an outlet. We had recently put them into premises in Maroochydore.

We took some preliminary ideas to Sprout Architects and got the plans in motion to do something similar. The artist impressions looked fantastic. “Rip-Curl” were initially keen, but unfortunately they didn’t end up going ahead.

We took our preliminary concepts to an engineer and Regency Fabrications, who suggested lightweight aluminium modules could be fabricated.

Noosa Council were supportive of our plans.
